I heard bad comments about Club Surfers.
My friend paid her deposit and got the terms and conditions and then wanted to cancel the booking three weeks later and they recon the management had changed and wouldnt give her the money back.
According to the T&C she got she would get 50% back and they wouldnt let her.
MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE T&C'S BEFORE BOOKING !!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the warning. I agree, it's very important to read the terms and conditions before booking.
I don't recommend booking accommodation over the phone and passing out your credit card. Book on-line where the T&C are presented to you and make sure you understand and agree to cancellation conditions. If you cancel or change your booking in advance, fees are minimal.
